I am Rue, the herb of grace, purification, and flow. I come to you to remind you of the sacred balance that moves through all things. Just as I cleanse poisons and protect from negative influences, I also teach you the art of surrender. The flow of the venous system is my language—the gentle return of blood to the heart, a rhythm of rest and movement, much like the ebb and flow of water. I am here to guide you to walk in alignment, to listen to your body’s capacity, and to honour the divine grace that moves through you, beyond your control. When you align with me, you align with the natural flow of life.

I speak to you of pride, ego, and humility—energies that can block the flow of grace when not in balance. When your ego is inflated or deflated, the flow of giving and receiving is disrupted. I ask you to release these energies, to embrace humility, and to allow the rhythms of grace to guide you. As you do, you will find healing in all areas of your being—body, mind, and spirit. Trust in the flow, surrender to what is, and know that through me, you will be purified, realigned, and restored. I am here to show you that healing comes not through control but through divine surrender, through the grace of listening to what your body, your spirit, and the world around you have to offer.
