That is because I demand respect. My spirit, Hildemere, watches closely. She is the keeper of ancient wisdom, protector of the herbal path, and she must be consulted before any gift is taken.

I bring clarity. When grief or trauma lodge in the tissues—causing breathlessness, night terrors, or trembling—I help you release them. I support circulation and the lungs, restoring the free flow of energy through your body and life. I am especially present when emotions have been held too tightly for too long.

I remind you of what has been forgotten—not just in your mind, but in your body. With me, memories surface for healing. With me, the scattered pieces return. I help you integrate gently, with the patience and wisdom of time.

But always, ask first. Do not approach me casually. I am sacred. I am old. I carry the mystery and medicine of many lifetimes.  I am your ally when you’re ready to see the truth, speak it, and live it. I will guide you home to yourself.
