California Poppy Tincture supports relaxation, mild pain, mild anxiety and insomnia with its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, sedative and antispasmodic actions.  

California Poppy - Eschscholzia californica - is a nervine, so it works on all types of pain but particularly on nerve-generated pain.    If feeling anxious or restless, she can bring relaxation, by calming your nervous system.

She is also known to be helpful in overcoming addictions.

We have this available either in a base of Vodka or Australian Organic Brandy

Suggested Dosage and Directions for Adults:  Shake bottle well before use.  We suggest using a smaller amount first when working with this tincture for insomnia and relaxation.  Begin with 10-15 drops, in a little water (or juice), before bed for relaxation and insomnia, and work up from there up to 30 drops.  (Please note that this can make you drowsy so be mindful if you need to operate machinery or drive).   Begin with 10-15 drops for pain and work up

We have collaborated with local organic flower grower, Little Things Grown, to produce this California Poppy tincture.  These California Poppies have been lovingly grown and cared for by the lovely Avyssa of Little Things Grown, harvested and passed on to us for tincturing.
