I am Bellis perennis.   They call me English Daisy—beautiful forever.  I have long tended the bumps, bruises, and open wounds of life.  But I go deeper than that—into the unseen.  And I will mend, always, with gentleness.

I tend the imprints of trauma formed before you had words—when you simply were.  Together, we will feel what was frozen—not through story, but through sensation, breath, presence and through the golden threads of healing that weave from your ancestors to you, now.  I will guide you back to the healthy child within:  soft, curious, joyful.

Just as my roots finely thread through the Earth, so too do your early memories, ancestral echoes, and unseen sorrows.  Together, we can gently unwind them.  Not through analysis, but through presence.  Through feeling.  Through remembering being.

Let us return to what was lost—what was frozen in time.   Let’s write a new story into your bones:  one of clarity, joy, and heartfelt love.
