Directions:  Each balm comes with its own affirmation card for you to speak as you massage the balm into your body.  As the feminine side of the body is considered to be the left hand side, I love to massage the balm into my left foot, and into my sacral area (which is associated with the womb area – the area where creation occurs with the Divine) while speaking the affirmations to myself.
