Elderberries are sourced from the dried berries of the Sambucus Nigra plant.  They are rich in antioxidants and vitamins and support the immune system, reducing inflammation, relieving stress and promoting heart health.  It is also known to prevent and ease symptoms of colds and flu.  We use these in our Elderberry Syrup.

"Elderflower and elderberry are both exceptional allies during colds, flu, and respiratory infections due to their diaphoretic and antiviral actions. Both are safe for use in children; the flowers can be combined with spearmint or peppermint in a tea to help reduce fevers and black elderberry syrup’s flavor is appealing and helpful in cases of flu (Romm, 2024)."
