Regardless of your gender, within you, you contain both the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies. Directions: Each balm comes with its own affirmation card for you to speak as you massage the balm into your body. As the masculine side of the body is considered to be the right hand side, I suggest to massage the balm into the right foot, and into the solar plexus area (which is associated with will and the element of fire, that warrior within) . As the feminine side of the body is considered to be the left hand side, I suggest to massage the balm into the left foot, and into the sacral area (which is associated with the womb area – the area where creation occurs with the Divine).
